Our cats have arrived today, Thursday at 10.20 a.m. we watched them fly in. The cats looked quite well actually considering there long journey. Good job all round as the cats did not smell one bit, which is amazing for two boys. They just looked tired. I was so relieved as I was very worried about her flying but when I went to collect her she was standing wagging her tail at the men who were bringing her to me. We are writing to say a massive thank you to all of you for helping to make our cats' transition down under go as smoothly as possible. They arrived at quarantine yesterday and someone at the facility has sent us photos - they look great. I would particularly like to thank you for offering specialist advice based on your knowledge and experience about handling our nervous Russian Blues. They are extremely sensitive cats and we took on board your advice about driving them to Heathrow ourselves. Despite our apprehension it could not have gone much smoother.
We will have to wait a month to be reunited with them when we get them flown up to our new home in Brisbane but we are grateful that this huge hurdle has been well and truly straddled thanks to you guys!!! Best wishes for the future. We will highly recommend your services to friends and family.

Thanks for getting Izzie to us safely, and your help and time in sorting us out. It was such a ‘big deal’ to us to fly her out here, and you helped make that experience less stressful than it might have been. All was well with the pickup at Houston. So she's safe and sound with us now, desperate to be let out of the apartment into the garden. Your quote was the least expensive of all that I had obtained and I was concerned that there would be a nasty surprise in the form a large demand for money waiting for me in Houston hence my repeated queries to you. In the end my worries were unfounded. This relocation has been tinged with people extracting money from us because we're not experienced and my views were coloured in this respect, so I apologise for my unfounded suspicions.
